Our warranty covers defective watches from the date of shipment. Should the watch stop working properly, we will fix it or send you a new one. Please contact us if your battery stops, and we’ll send you a new one. In short we will replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as we advertised. We want happy customers so please get in touch if you have any issues.
When you purchase online you have at least 14 calendar days after receipt of the good or service to make a final decision whether or not to keep it.. You can e-mail us at email@example.com and let us know if you’d like to return or exchange your order. Please make sure to provide your order number and why you want to switch. You don’t have to tell us but we’re just always looking for ways to improve, so we appreciate your feedback!
